Our service engineers carry out a full boiler service, the boiler is stripped down and cleaned, at Wheildons we believe this is the only way to ensure the boiler is working to its maximum efficiency and that any signs of corrosion can be identified correctly. So here is what the engineers do…
DOMESTIC GAS & LPG BOILERS £79 including vat
Our Gas boiler service includes
- Initial Gas pressure and Tightness Test
- Stripping down the gas boiler and cleaning out the heat exchanger
- Checking the expansion vessel
- Inspect the boiler for any leaks or signs of corrosion
- Check the controls to ensure that the boiler is working efficiently
- Carry out a flue test to ensure there are no unsafe emissions from your boiler
- Gas pressure check to ensure the boiler is operating at the correct gas pressure
- Issue a gas safety certificate – for Landlords only
DOMESTIC OIL BOILERS £84 including VAT
- Stripping down the Oil boiler and cleaning out the heat exchanger
- Service the burner and fit a new nozzle
- Inspect the boiler for any leaks or signs of corrosion
- Check the controls and test the combustion with an analyzer to ensure maximum efficiency
- Carry out a flue test to ensure there are no unsafe emissions from your boiler
- Issue an OFTEC certificate – for Landlords only
